Jameellion Diary Leather Works specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality diaries, bags, folders, corporate gifts, and novelty items exclusively for businesses, educational institutions, and organizations. We operate on a bulk order basis and do not process retail or individual orders.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to approval and availability. Prices may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and material costs. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before production begins.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods. Orders are confirmed only after the successful processing of payment.
Jameellion Diary Leather Works reserves the right to modify prices and payment terms at any time without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery through trusted logistics partners. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet delivery schedules, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or strikes may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any additional costs due to incorrect shipping information will be borne by the customer.
Customization & Branding
We offer custom branding, logo printing, and personalized designs on bulk orders. Customers must provide high-resolution artwork and final approvals before production begins. Any delays in design approvals may affect delivery timelines.
As customized products are made specifically to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects.
Returns & Refunds
We take great care to ensure that all products meet quality standards. However, in the rare event of a defect, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting images.
Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion after assessing the issue. Customized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and branding featured on our website are the property of Jameellion Diary & Leather Works. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from our website is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy and ensure that any business or personal data shared with us is kept secure. Information collected during order processing is used strictly for fulfilling customer requests and is not shared with third parties, except when necessary for delivery or legal compliance.
